Order Filler

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking a dedicated Order Filler to join their team. As an Order Filler, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a team player, capable of heavy lifting when necessary, and possess basic math skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Order Filler

Location: Franksville, WI

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Picking orders accurately and efficiently
• Scanning parts with RF gun to ensure correct items are selected
• Counting parts physically or using a scale to verify quantities
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Supporting team efforts to meet daily operational goals

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
