Package Handler

Our client, a leading transportation and distribution company, is seeking Warehouse Package Handlers to join their team. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting shipping, receiving, sorting, and distribution activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Package Handler

Location: Livonia, MI
Pay Range: 1st Shift - $18.50/hr | 2nd Shift - $19.50/hr
Schedule: Multiple Shift Options Available
Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay
Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift A: Sunday - Tuesday + Wednesday (5:00 AM until finish, Wednesday 5:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
• 1st Shift B: Thursday - Saturday + Wednesday (5:00 AM until finish, Wednesday 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• 2nd Shift C: Sunday - Tuesday + Wednesday (5:00 PM until finish, Wednesday 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
• 2nd Shift D: Thursday - Saturday + Wednesday (5:00 PM until finish, Wednesday 11:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

• Load, unload, sort, and stage packages to ensure efficient warehouse operations and on-time deliveries.
• Build, wrap, and organize pallets while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.
• Scan, track, and verify products using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and trailers while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Match package labels, tracking information, and inventory locations to support accurate order processing and shipment preparation.

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, package handling, or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while handling high volumes of packages.
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
