Packaging Operator

Our client, a light industrial manufacturing operation, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the production floor supporting daily packaging and filling operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow work instructions with accuracy, and a focus on quality output—skills that will help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Packaging Operator

Location: Seabrook, NH 03874

Pay Range: $19 per hour 

Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate, monitor, and maintain filling and packaging machines according to work instructions.
• Set up or adjust equipment based on manufacturing specifications.
• Monitor the quality of output and identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products as required.
• Maintain accurate daily production records to support manufacturing performance analysis.
• Follow safety practices using the proper training and protective equipment provided.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma / GED required.
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to pass standardized company test(s).
• Ability to work required overtime to meet business goals.
• Willingness to learn and apply safety instructions and procedures during daily operations.
