Packer

Our client, FMC Agricultural Products, is seeking a Packer to join their team in Middleport, NY. As a Packer, you will be part of the production team supporting daily shipping readiness. The ideal candidate will bring a positive, can-do attitude, a commitment to quality, and the reliability to work the mandatory swing shift.

Job Title: Packer

Location: Middleport, NY

Pay Range: $18/hour

Shift: MANDATORY SWING SHIFT (7am-7pm OR 7pm-7am)

What's the Job?

• Pack, label, and stack products to ensure they are ready for shipment
• Follow quality standards to support accurate, consistent order preparation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while working on the production floor
• Handle products carefully to help ensure proper condition for shipping
• Work full-time hours and stay aligned with production needs

What's Needed?

• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work the mandatory swing shift (7am-7pm OR 7pm-7am)
• Steel-toed boots
• Reliability and focus while completing packing and labeling tasks
