Packer

Our client, a busy distribution company, is seeking several Packers to join their team. on the 2nd Shift.  As a Warehouse Packer, you will be part of the Warehouse team supporting daily fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packers

Location: NEW WINDSOR, NY

Pay Range: $18.00/hr + Possible OT

Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00PM - 11:30PM - Sunday-Friday Schedule (No Saturday Nights)- Sunday, Thursday and Friday Nights are mandatory!
 

What's the Job?

• Pick and pack warehouse orders accurately to support customer fulfillment
• Work in refrigerated temperatures while maintaining safe, consistent productivity
• Prepare items for shipment by following established packing and labeling procedures
• Support warehouse operations with heavy lifting and efficient handling of products
• Be available for overtime as required and follow the assigned work schedule

What's Needed?

• Previous warehouse pick/pack experience and comfort with warehouse workflows
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks safely
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure correct items and accurate packing
• Must be able to work the required nights (Sunday, Thursday, and Friday nights)
• Forklift/pallet jack experience is a plus; bilingual skills are a plus
