Pallet Sorter 

Manpower is currently hiring for 48forty Solutions, LLC in Phoenix, AZ. We are looking for dependable employees seeking job stability, a safe work environment, and long-term opportunities with a growing operation. 

What's in it for you? 

  • $17.50 per hour, Weekly pay 

  • Full-time hours 

  • Day Shift 

  • Monday - Sunday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Job Requirements 

  • Ability to lift 35-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift 

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods 

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and lift throughout the workday 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment 

  • Basic math, reading, and computer skills 

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety 

  • Ability to complete production paperwork accurately 

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen 

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Sort and inspect pallets according to quality standards 

  • Remove debris, trash, and damaged materials from pallets 

  • Hand stack pallets to designated heights 

  • Move pallets and materials throughout the yard and storage areas 

  • Verify pallet quality and inventory requirements 

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
