Picker/Packer

Our client, Industry Descriptor is seeking a Picker/Packer to join their team. As a Picker/Packer, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations Department supporting the Warehouse Team(s). The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and clear communication which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Picker/Packer

Location: Fall River, MA

Pay Range: $18 an hour

Shift: 6pm to 4am

What's the Job?

Unload trucks and incoming shipments safely and efficiently.
Sort materials and products upon receipt and locate them accurately in the warehouse.
Pick and pack materials according to client orders to ensure correct items and quantities.
Build and organize pallets for customer shipments and prepare completed orders for staging.
Maintain an organized, clean work area while following established warehouse and safety procedures.

What's Needed?

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Previous warehouse, pick/pack, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail to verify correct materials and quantities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
