Process Operator

Our client, Industrial Operations is seeking a Process Operator to join their team. As a Process Operator, you will be part of the Wet Processing Plant team supporting day-to-day production and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Process Operator

Location: Dividing Creek, NJ

Pay Range: $29.00 per Hour

Shift: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor wet processing plant equipment and systems to keep production running smoothly.
• Learn and perform duties across multiple plant roles, including Process Operator, Process Helper, and Spare Operator.
• Monitor production processes, gauges, controls, and operational data to support consistent output.
• Enter production and operational information into computer systems accurately and timely.
• Collect product and process samples for testing and quality control, and complete routine facility inspections to identify operational, maintenance, or safety concerns.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills and basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality, with reliable transportation required (facility is not accessible by public transportation).
