We're seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join a production team that manufactures essential paper products used in homes every day. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates who enjoy staying active, working with a team, and taking pride in a job well done.
Location: Newton, NC
Pay Range: $17.00-$18.00/Hour
Schedule: 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
Temp-to-Hire
What You'll Do:
- Pack and stack finished products
- Build pallets and prepare products for shipment
- Perform repetitive lifting and stacking throughout the shift
- Lift materials above shoulder height as needed
- Assist with production line operations
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
What We're Looking For:
- Dependable candidates with excellent attendance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Comfortable performing repetitive lifting, stacking, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to work on your feet throughout a 12-hour shift
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team
- Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, landscaping, farming, or other physically demanding experience is a plus
