Production Labor Forklift

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Labor Forklift to join their team. As a Production Labor Forklift, you will be an essential part of the distribution center, supporting efficient material handling and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Labor Forklift

Location: Shippensburg, PA

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Monday-Thurs 4:30pm-2am

What's the Job?

• Sort and hand-stack materials such as pallets, boxes, and plastic bins according to instructions
• Load and unload materials manually, ensuring proper handling and safety
• Move materials on pallets or in crates within the storage facility efficiently
• Inspect loads to verify they are secure and meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment while achieving production goals

What's Needed?

• Previous forklift experience is required
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Must wear safety shoes at all times
• Ability to follow safety protocols and instructions accurately
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
