Our client is seeking a Production Wo to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Production team supporting daily operations. 

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Carol Stream, IL

Pay Range: $19.39

Shift: 4am-2:30pm (Mon-Thurs)

What's the Job?

• Operate semi-automated gasketing machines 
• Conduct routine quality inspections using digital calipers and micrometers.
• Follow all applicable safety policies and practices
• Transfer completed products to the staging area with pallet jack.
• Accurately enter production data into the computer system and adhere to work location rules, procedures, and ISO quality standards.

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform visual inspections of product to ensure quality and meet established specifications and tolerances.
• Comfort using measurement tools such as digital calipers and micrometers for routine quality checks.
• Willingness to maintain housekeeping and perform general maintenance functions within the work area.
• Ability to follow instructions from the supervisor and complete assigned operations as directed.
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on safety, including proper PPE use and safe machine operation.
