Our client, Industrial, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the production team supporting manufacturing and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, comfort working in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to following GMP and safety procedures—skills that will help you succeed on the line.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Wilmington, MA/ Haverhill MA 

Pay Range: $ 16.50/$17.00

Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift 

What's the Job?

  • Use production equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line.
  • Rotate between production tasks, including rolling and packing croissants.
  • Perform a variety of tasks involved in the manufacturing of products while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pack, straighten, count, and unfold product to specification.
  • Monitor for foreign materials and notify the supervisor/line leader of any issues; comply with GMP and safety policies.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to rotate through various positions as needed by production demands.
  • Ability to tolerate a non-temperature-controlled environment with very cold/hot conditions.
  • Ability to maintain a safe and clean work area while following company policies, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices.
  • Strong attention to detail for packing, counting, and meeting product specifications.
  • Willingness to notify a supervisor of mechanical or material issues and follow procedures consistently.
