About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the paper and packaging industry, is looking for reliable and motivated Production/Machine Helpers to join their team in Appleton, WI. In this role, you will support daily production operations and play a key part in keeping the manufacturing process running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Support machine operators to meet daily production goals
• Prepare materials, including opening rolls and staging products
• Package and wrap finished goods for shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist with basic machine setup, maintenance, and cleaning
