Our client, manufacturing operations is seeking a Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Workers, you will be part of the production team supporting daily operations. 

Job Title: Production Workers

Location: Alsip, IL

Pay Range: $21.22

Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM – Mondays thru Fridays – some Saturdays

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and/or perform physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
• Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or operate material handling equipment as assigned.
• Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices.
• Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspection of product to ensure quality, and complete housekeeping and general maintenance functions within the work area.

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
• Willingness to consistently follow safety policies, including correct PPE use and safe equipment operation.
• Comfort working in a production environment that requires physical tasks such as loading/unloading.
• Attention to detail for visual product inspection and quality checks.
• Commitment to housekeeping and keeping the work area organized and safe.
