Job Title: Production Workers

Location: Alsip, IL

Pay Range: $21.72

Shift: 2pm-10:30pm (Mon-Fri possibly Sat)

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and perform physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner according to Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
• Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or material handling equipment as assigned.
• Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including wearing required PPE, ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting safe work habits.
• Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspection of product to help ensure quality, and complete housekeeping and general maintenance tasks within the work area.

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow work instructions, operational procedures, and work location rules.
• Comfort working in a production environment while maintaining consistent safety practices.
• Willingness to operate assigned equipment and perform material handling tasks as directed.
• Attention to detail for visual product inspection and quality checks.
• Readiness to support housekeeping and general maintenance responsibilities in your assigned area.
