Our client, manufacturing is seeking a Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Workers, you will be part of the production team supporting operations and material handling needs. 

Job Title: Production Workers

Location: Alsip, IL

Pay Range: $23.52

Shift: 7am-5:30pm (Tues-Fri) some Saturdays

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and perform physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
• Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or material handling equipment as assigned.
• Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices.
• Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspection of product to ensure quality, while completing housekeeping and general maintenance tasks within the work area.

What's Needed?

• Willingness to work Tuesday–Friday, with some Saturdays as scheduled.
• Ability to follow work location rules and procedures and complete assignments directed by the supervisor.
• Comfort working in a production environment where safety, PPE use, and equipment guarding are required.
• Attention to detail for visual product inspection and quality awareness.
• Reliability in maintaining a clean, organized work area and supporting general maintenance needs.
