Various Production Roles

Location: New Holland, PA
Schedule: All shifts available
*must be open to overtime- going in early/staying late/weekends as needed 
Pay Rate: $17 + depending on shift/ position

 

Mixer Operator

Responsible for accurately blending ingredients according to production formulas and specifications. Monitors mixing equipment, ensures product quality, follows food safety standards, and maintains a clean work area.

Forklift Operator

Operates forklifts and material handling equipment to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility. Ensures accurate inventory handling, safe operation, and timely support of production activities.

Packaging Operator

Operates and monitors packaging equipment to ensure products are packaged correctly and efficiently. Performs quality checks, completes production documentation, and maintains compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Process Operator

Monitors and controls food processing equipment to ensure products meet quality, safety, and production requirements. Adjusts process parameters, troubleshoots equipment issues, and supports efficient manufacturing operations.

Machine Sanitation Technician

Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, processing areas, and facility surfaces following established sanitation procedures. Ensures compliance with food safety regulations and prepares equipment for production use.

Quality Control Technician

Performs inspections, testing, and documentation to verify products meet quality and food safety standards. Identifies non-conforming products, supports corrective actions, and maintains accurate quality records.
