Reach Truck Operator

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a dedicated Reach Truck Operator to join their team. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Reach Truck Operator

Location: Woodridge, IL

Pay Range: $20-$22 

Shift: 8AM-5PM Monday - Friday 

What's the Job?

• Operate forklifts to move, load, and organize inventory efficiently and safely
• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately to meet daily targets
• Prepare shipments and create shipping labels for UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers
• Receive and put away incoming materials, ensuring proper storage
• Support general warehouse organization and workflow to maintain a safe and productive environment

What's Needed?

• Prior warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
• Current forklift certification with hands-on operating experience
• Ability to lift and move materials and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic
• Basic computer skills for data entry and shipping functions
