Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll Clamp Operator to join their team. As a Roll Clamp Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing operations team supporting production and logistics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Roll Clamp Operator
Location: Appleton, WI
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 $2.00 Shift Differential
Shift: 8pm-6am
What's the Job?
- Operate forklifts to pre-stage raw materials for production and remove finished products from manufacturing areas.
- Load and unload trailers and stage materials in designated locations accurately.
- Scan materials and record transactions using the ERP system to ensure proper tracking.
- Verify product identification, quantities, and condition during material movement to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain organized, safe staging and dock areas, adhering to all safety and operational procedures.
What's Needed?
- Must have forklift experience, including operating paper roll clamp equipment.
- Ability to work independently across departments supporting production and shipping schedules.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and operate equipment for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
