Prepare and cook ingredients in a food manufacturing environment while following recipes, production schedules, and food safety standards. Responsibilities include operating equipment, maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring product quality, lifting up to 50 lbs., and keeping work areas clean and sanitary.
Operate, set up, and maintain production equipment in a food manufacturing facility. Follow GMP, OSHA, and SOP requirements, complete production documentation, monitor machine performance, and work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment. Prior machine operation experience preferred.
Support food safety and quality programs by conducting inspections, testing, and documentation activities. Monitor HACCP compliance, perform product and environmental testing, maintain QA records, verify labeling and sanitation standards, and collaborate with production teams to ensure regulatory compliance and product quality.
Material Handler | Ephrata, PA | $17.00/hr
Responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. Operate forklifts, load and unload trucks, manage inventory, perform cycle counts, use RF scanners, and maintain compliance with safety, GMP, and food quality standards.
