Job Responsibilities

As a packer, you will:

• Unpack and unbox frozen packaged products (pork).
• Place products on racks for defrosting.
• Remove defrosted products from racks, take off outer plastic, and place them into containers for specialized cuts.

• Work with fresh meat products such as ham, bacon, and sausage.
• Be prepared for a strong smoke smell as the meat is smoked after thawing.
