Location: Ellisville, MO
Pay: $18.77/hr + $1.00/hr Shift Differential
Schedule: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Overtime: Required, up to 1:00 AM

Eaton is seeking reliable and motivated Picker Packers to support warehouse and distribution operations in Ellisville, MO. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Operate warehouse picking equipment.
• Use RF scanners and computer systems for inventory transactions.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Ellisville, MO.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, bend, stoop, and climb ladders throughout the shift.
