Warehouse

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Warehouse to join their team. As a Warehouse , you will be part of the Warehouse Operations supporting the Shipping and Receiving team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the drive to keep orders moving accurately and on time—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse

Location: Joliet, IL

Pay Range: $22.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM–3:00 PM)

What's the Job?

• Pick, pack, and ship parts accurately to support daily warehouse flow.
• Receive incoming parts and put inventory away in the correct locations.
• Operate forklift equipment as needed (Cherry picker/Order picker and Reach Truck for 1st shift).
• Maintain quality standards by verifying parts and ensuring orders meet expectations.
• Support weekend and overtime needs when mandatory overtime is called (once fully trained and meeting expectations).

What's Needed?

• Forklift operation experience (Cherry picker/Order picker and Reach Truck for 1st shift).
• Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment while staying quality minded.
• Comfort with receiving, locating, and storing parts accurately.
• Reliability and readiness to work overtime if mandatory is called after training and performance expectations are met.
• Strong attention to detail to help prevent shipping and inventory errors.
