Our client, a distribution center operation, is seeking a Warehouse Associate 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate 2nd Shift, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting daily distribution center operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and the drive to deliver accurate, damage-free shipments.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate 2nd Shift

Location: Ontario, CA

Pay Rate: $21.50/HR

Shift: 2nd Shift - Mon-Fri, 4:30PM - 1AM

What's the Job?

  • Pick orders, pack product, and support loading/unloading trucks to keep distribution flowing smoothly.
  • Put-away and pick materials accurately using material handling equipment and follow routing sheet instructions.
  • Stage materials and prepare documents for reporting inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Process UPS inbound shipments and returned goods while meeting customer-specific requirements.
  • Maintain facility cleanliness and integrity using the 5S methodology and assist with housekeeping as needed.

What's Needed?

  • 1-2 years' experience in warehousing, including cherry picker and reach forklift operation.
  • Ability to work a minimum of eight hours in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing operational demands, including overtime.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 10 - 50 lbs. from floor to waist and waist to floor, with repetitive bending and twisting.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out simple instructions from oral or written communications.
  • Current certification on warehouse equipment is a plus; working knowledge of Blue Yonder is preferred.
