Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking Warehouse Associate. As such you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the daily functions of the Mixing Center. This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous warehouse experience looking for a stable, full-time role with competitive pay and multiple shift options.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate 

Location: Blakeslee, PA (18610)

 

Pay & Schedule

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM | $19.00/hr
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:30 AM | $20.00/hr
  • Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM-5:30 PM | $21.88/hr

What's the Job?

  • Prioritize and pick materials to fill orders efficiently and accurately
  • Load and unload trailers/containers, handling products weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Maintain organization of inventory by product line and physical alignment
  • Perform periodic facilities maintenance and custodial tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Assist in verifying incoming and outgoing products for accuracy and report discrepancies

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving products up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous warehouse experience required.
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet.
  • Ability to operate or learn powered industrial equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
  • Commitment to safety standards and proper equipment operation
