Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading transportation and logistics company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting Shipping, Receiving, and Transportation Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a safety-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Fairfield, OH
Pay Range: $21.50/hr
Shift: Sunday to Thursday 5pm to 1am
 

What’s the Job?

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and processing incoming merchandise.
• Pick, pack, move, and distribute products according to customer and shipping orders.
• Monitor daily pickups and deliveries to ensure shipments arrive on time and in good condition.
• Communicate with drivers and update load information for accurate delivery tracking.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

What’s Needed?

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or dock experience in the transportation industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, shipping documents, and customer orders.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
• Ability to work the scheduled shift: Sunday-Thursday, 5:00 PM-1:00 AM.
