Warehouse Picker

Our client, a warehouse and order fulfillment operation, is seeking a Warehouse Picker to join their team. As a Warehouse Picker, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting daily pick/pack workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of accuracy, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Picker

Location: Oxford, CT

Pay Range: $17

Shift: Mon–Fri, 8:30am – 5:00pm (8:00am start during peak seasons)

What's the Job?

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to support order fulfillment goals
• Follow warehouse procedures to ensure items are handled, staged, and prepared correctly
• Maintain productivity while meeting quality expectations for each order
• Work within a contract-to-hire structure to earn the opportunity for long-term placement
• Arrive prepared for on-site security requirements, including steel toe boot checks

What's Needed?

• Steel toe boots required (checked by security upon arrival)
• Experience working in a Warehouse / order fulfillment environment (prior knowledge preferred)
• Reliable transportation (no public transit available in the area)
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (8:00am start during peak seasons)
• Successful completion of required background screening processes, including SSN trace and multi-jurisdiction criminal checks
