Our client is seeking a Cherry Picker Driver to join their team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. As a Cherry Picker Driver (Material Handler III), you’ll be part of a fast-paced logistics and warehouse operation where accuracy, safety, and teamwork matter every day. Job Title: Cherry Picker Driver

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Pay Range: 23.80 per hour 

Shift: 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM  (Mon-Fri, off Sat-Sun)

What's the Job?

  • Perform shipping tasks including box making, order picking, induction billing, void fill, packing, and LTL sorting
  • Support loading and receiving operations, including manual unloading and manual loading
  • Complete value-added services such as kitting, postponement, labeling, and production assembly
  • Maintain warehouse readiness through general maintenance and housekeeping, including trash removal and detrashing pallets of plastic and straps
  • Operate and support material handling activities in a warehousing environment, including tasks such as line loading/unloading, trailer loading, and weight-out-of-tolerance handling

What's Needed?

  • Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work to set performance and safety standards
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability to support accurate processing and order flow
  • Team player mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform physically intensive labor, including reaching, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, walking for periods of time, and standing for periods of time
  • Comfort working in a busy warehouse environment that may be noisy at times; experience in manufacturing, transportation, or warehousing is desired but not required
