Facility Support Associate

Our client, a leading organization in industrial and manufacturing services, is seeking a Facility Support Associate to join their team. As a Facility Support Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting warehouse and facility maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facility Support Associate

Location: Middleton, WI

Pay Range: $16/hr

Shift: 1st Shift -- 4 Hours per day, 5 days per week

What's the Job?

• Operate cardboard baler according to safety procedures
• Collect and dispose of trash from designated areas
• Gather and transport recyclable materials to appropriate collection locations
• Sweep and maintain cleanliness of warehouse, production, and work areas
• Assist with general housekeeping and facility upkeep

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
• Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and organization
