Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Des Plaines, IL
Pay Rate: $20
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7 am to 4 pm
What's the Job?
- Receive, unload, and process shipments using forklift and manual methods
- Maintain an organized warehouse layout and manage material movement
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventory checks
- Operate ERP systems to document material transactions accurately
- Support timely staging and delivery of materials for installation teams
What's Needed?
- Prior warehouse experience required
- Sit-down forklift experience
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work safely and follow safety protocols
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
