Forklift Operator

Our client, in Junction Pacific IA, a leading manufacturing and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Control. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator

Location: Pacific Junction, IA

Pay Range: 20.50 per hour

What's the Job?

• Operate a large AWD forklift to transport finished goods from the production line to designated storage locations.
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper product handling and record keeping.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

What's Needed?

• Previous forklift, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate a large AWD forklift safely.
• Experience with order picking, shipping/receiving, or inventory control is a plus.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety.
