1st Shift
Our client, an industrial manufacturing and logistics environment, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the operations team supporting production and material movement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to safety, a focus on quality, and the drive to stay productive and dependable throughout the shift.

Shift: Second

What's the Job?

  • Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment safely and productively in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
  • Operate material handling equipment and equipment associated with producing units as assigned.
  • Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including wearing required PPE, ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting safe work habits.
  • May operate complex equipment and/or machinery with minimal supervision.
  • Perform visual inspection of product to support quality, and complete housekeeping and general maintenance tasks within the work area.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to operate forklift and related material handling equipment safely and consistently.
  • Comfort following safety procedures, including PPE requirements and safety feature checks.
  • Attention to detail for visual product inspection and quality support.
  • Willingness to maintain a clean and organized work area through housekeeping and basic maintenance.
  • Ability to adhere to work location rules, procedures, and supervisor-directed assignments.
