Forklift Operator

Our client is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team in Anderson, IN. As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be part of the operations team, helping keep materials moving safely and efficiently. If you’re someone who takes pride in working accurately, communicates clearly, and follows safety procedures every shift, this role is a strong match.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Anderson, IN

Pay Range: $17 per hour

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift (open availability required)

What's the Job?

• Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials as assigned
• Follow safety procedures and workplace rules to help prevent accidents and damage
• Maintain accurate handling of products and materials to support smooth operations
• Perform basic checks of equipment before use and report any issues promptly
• Work effectively with team members to meet daily production and shipping needs

What's Needed?

• 3 years of forklift experience
• Open availability for 1st and 2nd shift
• Ability to work safely and consistently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
