We are seeking Forklift Operators (Reach Truck) and Warehouse Order Selectors to support a high-performing distribution operation. This is a great opportunity for safety-conscious individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude who want to grow with a leading organization.
1. Forklift Operators:
- Day Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM; must be flexible to work either Sun–Wed or Wed–Sat; $20.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM ; Schedule: Sun–Wed; must be flexible to work additional days as business needs require; $21.00/hr
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely operate a reach truck (Raymond and Yale) and other warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
- Load and unload trailers and move materials throughout the warehouse
- Receive work orders and follow instructions to complete daily assignments accurately
- Scan, track, and process inventory using a warehouse management system
- Stage, sort, and organize products for shipment and storage
- Stack pallets, bins, totes, and other materials in designated areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
2. Order Selectors:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Wed–Sat); must be flexible to work Sun–Wed shift as needed based on business demands; $20.08/hr
Incentive Programs (Order Selectors)
- Efficiency Incentive: Associates may earn additional incentive pay based on time savings and overall efficiency, as evaluated by management
- Productivity Incentive: Standard is 190 cases/hr
- Earn a $100 bonus for every 10 cases per hour above the standard.
- No cap on earnings.
- Top performers have earned $400+ per week in incentives alone.
- Accurately match numbers and letters for order accuracy
- Stage, sort, and prepare products for shipment
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
- Stack pallets, boxes, and containers safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and kit products for shipping (shrink wrap, box, label)
- Use warehouse management systems to scan and track inventory
- Receive and process work orders, shipping orders, and production schedules
- Inspect shipments and ensure damaged items are identified and removed
- Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated areas
- Assemble customer orders and prepare for shipping or storage
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (required for both roles)
- Ability to lift 100 – 120lbs (required)
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving
- Must work safely in a cold storage facility (28°F – 55°F) (required)
- Ability to perform repetitive warehouse tasks with accuracy and focus
- Steeltoe shoes and cold suit required
