Forklift Operator I (US)

Our client, Industrial and Manufacturing Operations, is seeking a Raymond Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Raymond Forklift Operator I, you will be part of the Warehouse and Materials Handling team supporting safe, accurate movement of product throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong verbal communication skills, and a team-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Raymond Forklift Operator 

Location: San Bernardino, CA

Pay Range: $27.5

Shift:  3rd Shift  Nights (00:00-02:00)

What's the Job?

• Inspect product loads for accuracy and safely move product around the warehouse or facility to support timely and complete delivery.
• Operate forklift controls to drive vehicles and transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas.
• Use levers and controls to operate lifting devices, including forklifts and hoists, to load, unload, transport, and stack material.
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes, and secure products for transport to designated areas.
• Follow safety procedures while operating industrial trucks to help maintain a safe work environment.

What's Needed?

• Forklift operator’s license required.
• Ability to operate a Raymond standing forklift; skills assessment will be required on-site.
• 0–2 years manufacturing experience required.
• Verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and techniques that support effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
