General Labor

Our client, Pallet Repair and Pallet Building is seeking a General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you will be part of the Pallet Repair/Pallet Builder team supporting daily production and quality checks. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the drive to work reliably in a hands-on environment.

Job Title: General Labor

Location: Henderson, CO

Pay Range: $19.5

Shift: Monday - Friday 7AM - 2PM

What's the Job?

• Build wooden pallets from recycled materials, deconstructed pallets, and/or lumber
• Sort wooden pallets and separate damaged pallets for repair or processing
• Identify pallet grades and separate them correctly to support accurate consolidation and shipping
• Repair pallets by returning damaged pallets to service-ready condition before they are consolidated and shipped
• Follow safety rules and quality expectations while working efficiently and consistently

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift, push, and pull wooden pallets regularly
• Quick hands and strong attention to detail to ensure quality and correct pallet handling
• Commitment to quality and observance of all safety rules and regulations
• Effective communication skills to understand instructions and coordinate with the team
• Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
