General Laborer

Our client, food production industry leader, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Laborer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, aligning seamlessly with the company's commitment to quality and safety.

Job Title: General Laborer – Food Production

Location: San Antonio, TX

Pay Range: $15.00/hour (Overtime weekly)

Shift: 12-Hour shifts; Days or Nights available

What's the Job?

• Operate and support production line machinery and equipment as trained.
• Assist machine operators with tasks such as food depositing, de‑panning, icing, and cleaning.
• Help troubleshoot issues on production or packaging lines and report problems to Production Management.
• Maintain teamwork, follow safety requirements and GMPs, and meet/exceed production standards.
• Adhere to attendance, safety, quality, and organizational policies while maintaining a professional appearance.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
• Food or manufacturing experience preferred 
• Attention to detail and ability to detect product issues
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Physically capable of performing job duties and wearing PPE
