Looking for 75 General Operator’s – York, NE
Pay Rate: 19.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift (6:30am Start-7pm)
Start Date: Mid-August through 2027
Our client, a leading company in the agriculture industry, is seeking motivated General Operators to join their team in York, NE. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a challenging environment and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team that provides training and support.
Position Highlights

• Active, fast-paced position ideal for those who enjoy staying moving throughout the day, including:
  • Standing and staying engaged for the full shift
  • Moving up and down steps regularly as part of daily tasks
  • Working in a warm, dusty environment that is typical of agricultural operations

• Perform operational functions, including inspection and quality checks
• Assist with inventory tracking and accountability
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• Rotate between various tasks and responsibilities as needed to support operations
• Always cleaning dust around work area

• Diligent worker
• Effective communication abilities
• Ability to lift to 60 lbs.
• Comfortable working under direct supervision
• High school diploma or GED required

• Competitive pay at 19.00 per hour
• Weekly pay
• First shift schedule
