Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting Converting, Rewinding, or Coating departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $18-$20 ($2 night shift differential)

Shift: 1st or 3rd shift

What's the Job?

• Support manufacturing operations within the Converting, Rewinding, or Coating departments
• Assist production teams with hands-on tasks and learn multiple support roles
• Prepare and stage rolls for mounting on various presses
• Wrap and prepare finished paper products, including rolls, sheets, or boxed paper
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts to transport products safely and efficiently

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
• Willingness to learn multiple roles and support manufacturing processes
• Strong attention to safety procedures and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Previous experience in manufacturing or related fields is a plus but not required
