Our client, a growing manufacturing organization, is seeking multiple motivated professionals to join their expanding team. These roles are essential to supporting production and delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidates will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a desire to build a long-term career, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location:
Central location within 25 miles of Clearfield, State College, Tyrone and Coalport
Pay Range:
$19.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift:
Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Overtime offered almost weekly
What’s the Job?
Grinder/Polisher Operators
- Operate power tools to grind and polish stainless steel components
- Ensure finished products meet quality specifications
- Perform physically demanding work requiring strong attention to detail
Welder/Fitters
- Weld and fit stainless steel components following design specifications
- Read and interpret drawings and layouts
- Welding experience required; schooling is a plus
Machinists
- Operate CNC and manual machines in a manufacturing environment
- Use precision measuring tools and read blueprints
- Maintain quality and production standards
Assemblers
- Assemble motors, boilers, agitators, and mixers per customer specifications
- Use hand tools and measuring devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues

- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (role dependent)
