Material Handler I - 1St Shift

Our client, a leading organization in the biopharmaceutical support industry, is seeking a Material Handler I - 1St Shift to join their team. As a Material Handler I - 1St Shift, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler I - 1St Shift

Location: Swedesboro, NJ

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Nights, Evenings, Days (08:00-16:30)

What's the Job?

• Pick and pack samples, clinical agents, or collection kits according to Standard Work instructions for pickups, courier deliveries, and shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying quantity, lot number, expiration date, and product name.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) for data entry and material/product tracking.
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks as needed.
• Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment through continuous improvement efforts.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No previous work experience required; experience in distribution, warehouse, or supply chain is preferred.
• Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers) is a plus.
• Ability to interact with WMS and RF scanning devices effectively.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
