Materials Supervisor

Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Materials Supervisor to join their team. As a Materials Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations and Supply Chain team supporting Materials, Warehousing, Inventory Control, and Production. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Materials Supervisor

Location: Beaver Dam, WI

Shift: Monday to Thursday 5:00AM to 3:30PM

Pay Range: $70,000 to $90,000

What's the Job?

• Lead all internal material flow activities including receiving, warehousing, inventory movement, line-side delivery, and shipping operations.
• Supervise, coach, and develop materials team members to achieve operational and performance goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and material handling efficiency.
• Manage daily warehouse operations including staging, storage, replenishment, and order fulfillment.
• Partner with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Quality teams to ensure material availability and support customer delivery objectives.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of materials, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain leadership experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams, developing employees, or coordinating work activities.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system such as Oracle, JD Edwards, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
