Packaging Operator

Our client, a global manufacturing and consumer products company, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the Packaging Department supporting the Production and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Operator
Location: Seabrook, NH
Pay Range: $21.10/hr
Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

What’s the Job?

• Operate filling and packaging equipment to meet production goals.
• Make basic machine adjustments to ensure products meet quality and packaging standards.
• Package products by assembling cartons, filling containers, capping, sealing, and labeling.
• Follow production, quality, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using 5S and Lean Manufacturing practices.

What’s Needed?

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or packaging environment.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate packaging equipment and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Ability to work overtime and adjust schedules as needed to support production demands.
