Packer

Our client, the bakery industry, is seeking a Packer to join their team.  As a Packer, you will be part of the production department supporting bakery operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packer

Location: Elmsford, NY

Pay Range: $17.00/hr.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
 

What's the Job?

• Work with the assigned production team to produce and package breads, cakes, or pastries according to specifications
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the production line
• Properly label and date ingredients and recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of food storage areas, refrigerators, freezers, and dry goods
• Follow all safety protocols and promote an accident-free environment

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Spanish bilingual skills a plus
