Pallet Repair - WH31

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a DAY SHIFT Pallet Repair - WH31 to join their team in Woodland, CA. As a Pallet Repair - WH31, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics and supply chain team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Pallet Repair - WH31

Location: Woodland, CA

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 6am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Build wooden pallets from recycled materials, deconstructed pallets, and lumber
• Repair damaged pallets to return them to service-ready condition
• Sort and separate pallets based on condition and grade
• Identify damaged pallets and determine appropriate repair actions
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, including wearing safety-toed boots and other PPE

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift, push, and pull wooden pallets regularly
• Steel toe boots are required
• Quick hands, attention to detail, and a focus on quality
• Observance of all safety rules and regulations
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to interpret instructions in various formats (written, oral, diagram, or schedule)
