Picker/Packer

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Picker/Packer to join their team. As a Picker/Packer, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting warehouse and distribution activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Picker/Packer

Location: Fall River, MA

Pay Range: $16

Shift: Monday - Friday and Sunday, from 10:00am-6:00pm (Off on Saturday)

What's the Job?

• Manage pick ticket orders from warehouse management systems.
• Physically pull inventory from shelves to ensure accurate delivery of warehouse products.
• Pack orders, including shrink wrapping contents onto pallets.
• Operate handling equipment safely and follow all safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to meet daily warehouse goals.

What's Needed?

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to stand and stay active for long periods of time.
• Comfortable working in a cold and wet environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.

¿En qué consiste el trabajo?

• Gestionar las órdenes de tickets de selección del sistema de gestión de almacenes.
• Recoger físicamente inventario de los estantes para garantizar entregas precisas de productos.
• Empacar pedidos, incluyendo envolver con film retráctil los contenidos en pallets.
• Operar equipos de manejo de manera segura y seguir todos los requisitos de seguridad.
• Mantener un área de trabajo limpia, organizada y segura para cumplir con las metas diarias del almacén.

¿Qué se necesita?

• Experiencia previa en almacén, selección, embalaje o distribución preferida, pero no obligatoria.
• Capacidad para levantar, transportar, empujar o tirar hasta 80 libras.
• Capacidad para permanecer de pie y activo durante largos períodos.
• Comodidad trabajando en ambientes fríos y húmedos.
• Gran atención a los detalles y asistencia confiable.
