Our client is seeking a Product Packaging to join their team. As a Product Packaging, you will be part of the production operations supporting day-to-day packaging and fulfillment activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to follow established procedures consistently—skills that will help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Product Packaging

Location: WAYNESVILLE, NC

Pay Range: 18.37- 20.37

Shift: Days, NIghts, Weekend

What's the Job?

• Package products accurately according to established instructions and quality standards.
• Verify labels, quantities, and packaging components to ensure correct order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area to support safe and efficient operations.
• Follow production procedures and safety guidelines while working on the packaging line.
• Support team goals by staying focused, meeting production expectations, and communicating issues promptly.

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow detailed written and/or visual work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail to help prevent errors in packaging and labeling.
• Comfort working in a production environment with consistent pace and clear expectations.
• Reliability and punctuality to support daily workflow and team coverage.
• Willingness to learn and apply process updates as procedures evolve.
