Our client is seeking a Product Packaging to join their team in WAYNESVILLE, NC. As a Product Packaging, you’ll be an essential part of the packaging workflow, helping ensure products are prepared accurately and efficiently for the next stage of processing. Location: WAYNESVILLE, NC

Pay Range: 18.37-20.37

Shift: Day, Night Weekend

What's the Job?

• Package products according to established procedures and quality expectations.
• Verify items and materials to ensure correct packaging and accurate preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area to support safe and efficient operations.
• Follow work instructions, including labeling and handling requirements.
• Support production needs by staying focused, meeting daily expectations, and communicating issues when they arise.

What's Needed?

• Comfort working in a hands-on packaging environment and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail to help prevent errors in packaging and labeling.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Reliability and willingness to show up ready to work and complete assigned tasks.
• Basic ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow safety practices.
