Production Helper

Our client is seeking a Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be part of the production operation supporting daily manufacturing needs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to working safe, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and the drive to learn and improve in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Production Helper

Location: Blue Ash, OH

Pay Range: $23

Shift: 2nd shift: 2:45p – 10:45p; 3rd shift: 10:45p – 6:45a

What's the Job?

• Safely stack corrugated product and support smooth flow of production
• Perform quality checks to help ensure products meet required standards
• Set up materials and prepare work areas for efficient production
• Operate various manufacturing equipment and power hand tools as directed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout the shift

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of production/manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs and navigate stairs while standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for the duration of the shift
