Location: Woodland, CA
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (day or night shift available)
Pay: $19 and overtime $29
Position Summary
Seeking reliable and safety-focused Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. This position supports the production of products used in electrical, telecommunications, and utility applications. The Production Worker will operate manufacturing equipment, inspect product quality, package finished goods, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and visual checks.
• Package and label finished products according to specifications.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the production facility.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Assist with machine changeovers and equipment setup.
• Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Support team members and perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working around machinery and industrial equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Ability to work in varying manufacturing conditions.
• Must wear required PPE at all times.
• Ability to work overtime as needed
